Steve Petch is the Lead Pastor at Welcome Church based in Woking, UK. 
He is married to Jo, and together they have three awesome grown up kids and an amazing son-in-law.
Steve started his working life as a pharmacist, working in that profession for twelve years before being called to full time church leadership.
Before starting at Welcome Church in 2017, Steve and Jo also planted two churches: Billinghurst Family Church and Grace Church, a multisite church with three congregations based in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Havant.
Steve is part of the UK Leadership Team for Commission, a group of churches with a vision, “to see thousands of lives transformed through hundreds of churches in tens of nations”. To do this Commission churches are working together to see the church restored, create disciples, train leaders, plant churches, care for the poor and reach the nations for Christ.
